In the past, we rented our home through a large rental agency.  In my opinion, we paid too much and received very poor service.  Since engaging with Swantree two years ago, we feel like we are truly receiving world class service and our rentors rave about the experience that they have with Swantree.

We live in Atlanta and have two properties under Swantree that we rent through VRBO.  Having Jim on site  to meet our guests and cater to their needs has proved invaluable and been a great marketing tool to differentiate ourselves from the other houses in 30A rental market.  Additionally, we use Jim's homewatch service.  This year we had a number of maintenance task performed on the houses (interior painting, install carpet, deliver new furniture) and every time, Jim was there to manage the process, choose contractors and make sure that the process was completed to our satisfaction.  Suffice to say, we are quite pleased with Swantree and highly recommend their services  to anyone managing their home from a distance.

After several attempts at owning a second home, we had just about given up on the idea.  Our daughter invited us down to spend a week with her in a rent unit and we enjoyed WaterColor so much that we decide to explore the idea of buying a summer home here.We checked into the rental program but were just not interested in having a constant flow of people in our home.  Then the folks at WaterColor Realty told us of a very good “care taker” that could help with all the day-to-day details of leaving a home unattended.
